Jason Sneddon: (President)
My wife Jules and I moved to Wildwood Lake in May of 2020 from Southern California, and absolutely love living here! I am a real estate agent, entrepreneur, business owner, and pastor (not necessarily in that order), and my wife is also a real estate agent. It is an honor to serve in this role for Wildwood Lakes, and I look forward to bringing the community even closer together, as does the rest of this amazing Board of Directors!
Erin Luttrell: (Vice President)
I moved to Wildwood Lake with my husband Korey and our five children, in 2019. I’m currently juggling my “day job” as a financial marketing strategist with virtual learning, and our kids’ many activities. I’m also a trained chef. We appreciate how our neighborhood has embraced our large family; our neighbors watch so lovingly over each of us. Korey and I previously lived in Raytown, grew up in Independence, and have known one another since fourth grade.
Chris Bruenger: (Treasurer)
I grew up and have lived in Raytown pretty much my whole life and love the small-town community. I am currently employed by Sun Life Financial in the finance department located in the Crown Center area. I moved to Wildwood in 2016 and love the strong sense of community. What I enjoy most is being able to go for walks in the neighborhood and seeing all the wildlife.

My life in Raytown began in 1960 when I was 7 years old. I graduated from Raytown South in 1970. I served in the Army from ’72-75, worked for my Dad’s hardware store, “Steve’s”, and then had a career with UPS from ’83 to ’13. Sharon and I moved to Wildwood in ’16. I am now retired and love to work outside! Honk, wave or stop by if you see me out. See ya!
